The Uniqueness of a FAO–GIAHS Vineyard

Where Rocca Sveva Excellence Is Born

The excellence of Rocca Sveva wines is the result of an extraordinary land: the hills of Eastern Verona, in the heart of Soave.
Here, over 100 hectares of vineyards are lovingly cultivated by generations of farmers — true guardians of an ancient knowledge.

Each plot is unique in its morphology, exposure, and soil composition.
It is this wealth of micro-terroirs that gives our wines their unmistakable, authentic, and unrepeatable character.

A Globally Recognized Agricultural Heritage

In 2018, the FAO awarded the vineyards of Soave the GIAHS – Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems designation, recognizing them among the world’s most significant agricultural landscapes.
This acknowledgment celebrates not only the quality of the wine, but also the virtuous harmony between humankind, nature, and tradition.

Here, sustainability is not a choice — it is a legacy to be protected every single day.
