This Custoza Superiore is the result of Rocca Sveva’s mastery in blending different white grape varieties to achieve a truly remarkable balance of aromas and structure.
The setting is the tranquil landscape along the shores of Lake Garda, where the grapes ripen slowly and serenely, reaching perfect maturity at harvest time.
The wine reveals a delicately aromatic character, with elegance and finesse on the palate — its signature traits that make it irresistibly enjoyable.
Blend of white grape varieties
The fully ripe grapes are softly pressed, and fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. Ageing follows on fine lees for at least 5 months in stainless steel, with a short bottle refinement before release.
A well-orchestrated progression of aromas, from layered notes of fruit to gentle hints of spice and delicate mineral nuances.
Medium-bodied and enveloping, with a harmonious, flowing palate marked by freshness and subtle minerality.
