The blend, on the other hand, is typical of the denomination. Manual harvesting and careful vinification, allow to present in the glass of a beautiful deep red color, with violet reflections. The nose is pleasantly fruity, with hints of cherry and a nice note of toasting. In the mouth it is full, balanced and enveloping. With soft tannins and the typical marasca aftertaste. It is the right wine to serve when the menu includes meat and game dishes. Also perfect with hard cheeses.
